Our training courses are hands-on and involve both practical and theory sessions.

We can also hold tailor made training courses at your location if that is what you prefer.
Courses begin at 9am and finish at approximately 4.30pm
A light lunch is included in the charge. There will be short breaks in the morning and afternoon where refreshments are provided.
We recommend that you bring a manual for each printer on the course that you wish to attend. If you need a manual please contact our sales department who will be able to help you. We do supply a common fault spec sheets for the relevant printers, which are yours to keep.
We will be happy to provide you with details of local hotels and guest houses who will be able to offer you good reasonably priced accommodation.
Cancellations
If you wish to postpone or cancel a course, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the start date - 50% of course fees
Less than 2 weeks prior to the start date - 100% of course fees
Delegates attending any part of a course will be charged the full amount. No refund can be issued where clients leave the course early.
Express Group reserves the right to cancel a training course up to two weeks prior to the start date. In such an event you will be notified more than two weeks in advance by email.
